first of all i believe we should outlaw the funeral procession.  i think they are radiculous, police cars racing up and down the roads to close the intersection which is very dangerous and my policemen need to be policing, not attending the dead, that is what we pay them for.  soooooo yes, emergency responders come first, they are there to save a life, the other in the funeral procession is already dead.

I do feel that they should be able to. After all, the funeral guest of honor is already done. The person can wait.
