i know turmeric has such a beautiful shade of orange. Not sure if these natural dyes will effect the taste

This year we hardly had any snow during the winter ,Spring comes along and it's snow after snow, after snow. Perhaps we will see snow on Derby Day here in Kentucky. (It has happened only one time in my lifetime...... In 1989, some snowflakes and sleet fell during the afternoon with falling temperatures.
