Children growing up with parental figures who lack parenting skills are to blame. In some cases, a father is not present due to death. My aunt's husband died leaving her with 7 children; the youngest 2 months old. It would have been nice for them all to grow up with a father living, but they did not.

Fatherlessness is a major problem, something I feel both parties are not adequately addressing.
