There's a case when the idealistic world's preferred. I'd spare the cute puppy (bull dogs are cute to begin with) a cage in the compartment too sir.

yes, if it had been me i would have told them they could hold it and if others wanted to hold it and they agreed that would be ok to......most people love a puppy and if someone does not like to fly it might distract them a little to see and hold or pet a puppy. that airline employee did not listen to the owners , they told her a puppy was in the bag and she went ahead and put it in the overhead. senseless
