So far, the pilot seems alright other than the accident. The latest hunch's it's mechanical either by mechanic or a passenger, hitting something. The company Liberty has been faulted in a 2009 crash, their only other one. Only?

Exactly. It's been in the news Dean Martin, playing a pilot notwithstanding. This latest one's looking at this moment mechanical or a loose camera bag strap, hilting equipment. The pilot's talking to investigators. Gosh, I'm in the library. If I find specifics in the future, I'll post it. Otherwise, what's the difference if it crashes. Even moderation at the most has no place on days of flight or the night before. I thought of the sleepiness and tiredness issue. Bill

That is so sad what happened with the helicopter...I do not know enough to say what should be done.

Each crash is different, and pilots can't fly drunk, legally.
