Yummy, lol! We got sleet and snow on the first day of spring, sigh..
Still cold out there today, blah, but the daffodils bloomed before the temps dropped and they were a lovely sight of hope.

sure hope you recover quickly and if it is the weather, spring is just around the corner or at least warmer weather, hopefully. anytime now i expect the martins to return they have sent ahead their scouts and i usually get a large flock of robbins that comes through here in the spring, my sister in texas sent me a picture of a hugh flock of geese going north, hang in there, not long now.

Re:
I sure hope that at least the arrival of spring brings you freedom from pain. Everyone needs a bit of respite.

if you have robins then we must see them in about a month. Heavy snow all last night and light snow /rain today. Sorry you are miserable, I have not been pain free all winter.

Re: Look up Chi Gong for the back
Thank you, I did. I tried a few. I need to make it a daily habit.

Oh that sounds miserable! My sister is experiencing something similar. Hopefully warm weather that is hopefully coming soon will give you some relief.

Well, that sounds unpleasant. I hope you feel better soon and that the weather improves. Yes, the cold weather bother's me; I have symptoms of Reynaud's Disease. Any promise of Spring is welcome; glad Ribcage is pleased. I like to watch the birds also.

I'm not good with pain. It makes me cranky, and even angry.
But the warm corn thingy at the neck sounds so comforting... Too bad about the worm, but I, too, saw a robin yesterday, standing on the top rail of the fence as it snowed like crazy. I'm cheering for the robins.

Go to your nearest Mexican Restaurant, get a pitcher of frozen Mango Marguarita's nachos, and try and figure out what the hell they're saying on those TV's on the walls....you'll forget about the pain. (Have someone take you)
