I record most of my shows on DirectTV....then I can fast forward right through the commercials

I, too, am more than fed up with commercials.
I subscribed to cable to get away from the 2-minutes of commercials each half hour on broadcast TV. So now we get 4 minutes 4 times an hour and pay for cable. Guess I should be thanking my lucky stars I can still see and hear and dismiss 99% of them.
