Of course here as I assume you have land attached, one would sell the land for building.
Land here for building one house would cost One hundred and fifty thousand dollars at least. Although 60 years ago one could have bought a nice thatched cottage for 300dollars. Of course we are only as big as California and one cannot put a quart in to a pint pot.
