Re: Pat
I am not really very bright Pat. I suppose if one can sing one sings. I just like to write it and get it over. like painting the ceiling.

Re: FS
I guess not FS. Life is a series of gambles more or less.

Re: RPresta
Yes RP I rarely think about what to write until it is crunch time. Of course the older poems are just fillers. Thank you so much.

Re: Kabu
I know the feeling Kabu, at least he does not try to go outside. It is so sad really it does not seem long since he was telling me he was sending me a drill to help build a shelter. Basically he is a really good guy, it is tough luck.

The finish line can seem so far away...That did not turn out well for him.

Re:overtherainbow
Well Jean life is too short to worry as long as you do not feel annoyed.

Two beautifully worded poems filled with "wonder and regret".

I read, do i really understand, probably not, but i read, and i usually feel something, sad, anger, or perhaps a chuckle. and i usually end up asking myself is this fair.

since being so busy with our Wiley and all, I just haven't had a few words in my head for prose or poetry. I miss the creative joy when something just flows and an idea becomes a reality on paper.

Both lovely poems. I think people do, at times, sit and at least, if not ponder, open their minds to see what pops in about which to write. Consequences are usually not planned so that makes the second poem, imho.

I don't know how you can find the meter and rhyme
so consistently. It seems to happen every time you post here on Blogit. I know it doesn't just happen, that you put your mind to it - thanks be.
