overtherainbow, I think you made the right decision. tv / politics news has got to be a lot worse for the blood pressure than a couple potato chips....

i would have taken the day off but then I am a witch. i keep posting pretty flowers and lovely things on my FB page. Watch the Olympics The ice dancing last night was so wonderful. not just because the Canadians won but each performance at this level is breathtaking.

Here's what you need to do......
Keep you tv on BBC America and watch the Blue Planet Series..or reruns of their Planet Earth series...it will all go away......
