Dear friend
I am so sorry for the loss of your proff Sahib. Probably a good way to go but a shock to family and others who love that person.

Re: Oh dear Brother Anib,
Indeed, a straight one, signifying straightened spine, is so much more the better. You have, with your womanly instincts and more experience, given me such a fine way of tackling the situation as only a dear big sister could. I've now overcome the grief. Thank you immensely

Oh dear Brother Anib,
My very deepest sympathies and condolences on the loss of your beloved colleague and teacher, Prof. Sahib, as you all so fondly called him. Yes, it is only the day after tomorrow, prophetically enough. May his soul be at peace, and may your sadness find solace in pleasant memories of him. How nice he left you with last words of compliments, and telling you how much he enjoyed your writings! A good thing. Now you must carry on, as he would have expected. No wilted flower for him from me, but a strong, straight one.
