Taps, Happy Birthday to your grandson. Some day, off in the future, they will pop that gene right back in. But you know i sometimes wonder how dull the world will be when everyone is the same, and that could happen. Any way hope you kick that flue in the butt and get back to going to BD parties.

I like your idea of Angelman's Syndrome better than the mundane
factual basis. How sweet that Phil came to the family that knows just how to appreciate his gifts. I hope he's had a wonderful birthday. Also glad to see your blog today and know it means you're beating the socks off the flu.
