I would think that bosses would be very glad to turn good workers loose and let them do what they can do.

so you do a good job and are given less hours if I read right and if you take on extra work like filling empty shelves you get told that is wrong...no wonder nobody wants to work anymore. there is no encouragement for doing your job well so there is no job satisfaction. grgrgrg but I am proud of you darlin'.
