You'd need to take that up with the Almighty or whoever you believe is taking you to the other side. I'm thinking if we're not allowed to bring a small item with us, a whole dwelling would also be restricted. Certainly people have been buried with something personal. Whether it made the full trip, who knows?

I would like to take my house with me. That is a legal way to get around and include a lot of possessions.
