i am up almost all night and miss the morning, i would not say i am a night person, just got into a bad habit, and one which i think would be best to change. the quiet of morning and the noosphere is best to meditate and then to listen, maybe what i need for healing.

I also love the early morning especially when it is warm enough to spend some time outside and watch the sun rise. Too cold for that now. I sit inside and watch it gradually get light in the quiet of the morn.
