My husband & I rarely ever drink. Sometimes we do get a taste for it, but, that would just be one or two. Every few months, at most. We don't feel it makes a gathering any better. Unfortunately, for some, alcohol can bring out a bad side. Though, some, including at that party, might have engaged in destructive & more behavior even without liquor.
