- Go to HAPPY MONDAY
Pat
I liked weekends so I could sleep in, being a night owl in a day world. I'm amazed that it was possible at all to cram a week's worth of household chores into a weekend and still do other things. Like Kabu, I used drive time to decompres. But I worked with people who did have a sense of relief coming back to work on Mondays.

Most people are the opposite, I have noticed. They dread Monday. When one has to deal with a weekend grind, it does change one's perspective about the weekend and Monday.

Love your post For about 40 years of my life "my" time was when I was driving ro and from work or study in my car. My music Golden Oldies played on the car radio softly definitely no news and 10 to 15 minutes each way of my time. It always calmed me I always knew it would be there if not both ways then at least once a day.
