Yes, the happy story continues. I stood up for my original choices, but diplomatically. Until I heard back, though, I could not be sure how she would take it. As it happens, she was fine with my point of view, we both compromised some without compromising the poem itself.
Until her response, though, I really was a bit concerned I had announced too soon.
