I'm glad somebody is still writing. I'm having an awful time making myself do that. I almost wrote a post this afternoon and then something took me away from it and I never did get back to it.

a lot of stress for those trying to make a happy time for others. I don't know what you mean by iffy. You have me worried.
too many of those I loved died early, I just want to hang onto all of you who remain.

Stress and discontent are in the air, it's part of how this society does Christmas, freaking out over gifts and gifting, perfection and handling the lack thereof... Between you and me, and several others in our little town of Blogit, have a merry season in your heart, and let it drive out the woozies and wearies of the world we are living in!

Wow! No wonder you felt Woozy.It is not so bad when in the thick of it, but then the adrenaline dies up. I think there must be a a bug going around here, I go out and do a bit and then feel I want to flop down. Perhaps if one hadn't had a flue injection it would be much worse,. Archie the chap who helps me rang up he reckons he has got bronchitis.
He has been waiting a fortnight to have a new boiler installed, BG. said they thought his old one was mounted on asbestos and he has no heat or hot water only by electricity.
He has been on the phone all day trying to get some kind of reaction. It now turns out that it is not asbestos . He is not pleased as they earliest they quote is the 27Dec for a new boiler. He has even had to invented an 86 year old frail lady who will be coming shortly. I told him he should have said 96 it sounds more urgent.
