My parents never fought in front of their 2 girls me and big Sis. Never. yet they did argue for sometimes their anger or pain would sneak through the facade...something it took me well into my second marriage to figure out.
Sounds a wonder childhood and it was, except I had no preparation for the fights that errupted between me and the kids father. oh well no parent ever got it right all the time, except the Waltons.

A wonder she did not take the man home a give him a nice hot bath. He would have slept happily outside afterwards. I have never met a family like the Waltons, perhaps they only exist in USA.
