No I did not mean anything but the power of emotion. Trying to be polite to the extreme.
Perhaps I should try to power up my poems it was second one I lost in two days. I was swearing softly and had to do a bodge.

Pat dear, I see this type power as bully force power. Using ones position or status to intimidate and bluff others so that you always get your own way...not you of course, but the person that acts like this. The CEO of a company, your boss, the parish priest, vicar, or minister. Politicians, coaches,the list is endless.
it is not real power but the bluff the inflated bully ego can be played so aggressively that others allow them to take power.

In this flower poem you talk about power.
I hear that word on the talk shows, and wonder what they mean. Power to get up and go, power when you press the accelerator and the car moves forward, power when the motorized lawn mower self-propels as you steer: these I understand. Money can influence others and empower the one who has it to get their way. But the notion of being powerful somehow fails to sink into my consciousness.
