Yes Pat I found a bottle of sauce in the cupboard and said being as it has been opened i'll discard it. My brother said well you leave bottles for months and still use it. Yes I replied but I cannot remember opening this bottle and it may have been opened before I bought it. I think that makes a difference. Also when one puts poultry or meat products into a reusable plasic bag , it is not wise to put sandwiches into it afterwards. Or let the pet dog lick the plate clean to save washing up. Be lucky.
