Definitely rest is essential and also a nice breakfast item (Raisin Brain or any sort of oat meal).

Just wakin' up!!! Then checking for new pains. lol. Seriously, getting up when I feel like it, and having some coffee and breakfast, slowly. Being warm enough, not rushing, that's all I need early. Oh yeah, and not having to think too early.

For me it is waking when I am ready not when I have to because something is wrong with Wiley or there is a morning appointment.
No matter what the day is to hold it cannot start before my morning and only coffee for the day.
