Well said... what's sad to me is the herd mentality, but there is no way to break people out from the herd. They have to see the light themselves. It's frustrating for me... when will people see they are voting against their own interests? or that neither party is 100% right? I don't easily fit into any "group" but I can't change how I think. I have always voted for people, not parties. I actually think we should go back to the days when the VP was the runner up of the election. Perhaps it would force people to work together.

I hope this site doesn't die, at least not yet. I enjoy reading all that you and the others contribute.
Women have had to fight since Time Immemorial, it seems. It's always been dirty somewhere; now it's being brought to light in a broader fashion so perhaps some good will come of it, at least as far as human rights and women's right go. I certainly hope so.
By the way, I read where the Red Cross is asking knitters and croqueters to make little hats for newborns. Guess they're expecting more of them...

These are all things that have grown like fungus and festered in darkness. Now they are having big bright lights shone on them, and it is my hope that this is in time to stop them in their tracks, and make them shrivel like pedophiles caught in the act.
