I myself am not a bingewater. For me, sports are the thing that I would watch the longest at three or four hours.

Re: blackcat,

Britbox has let me binge on some old favorites I have not seen for years!  SHARPE,  CAMPION, SHERLOCK HOLMES with Jeremy Brett...

Netflix is the best and worst... I cannot only watch one episode, ever.  Just finished Stranger Things.  Loved The Crown, Orange ITNB, House of Cards... just far too many to name.

Re: Re: RPresta,

Oh, I so agree with you. I read on anyway, hoping they would return to Scotland in time and leave Colonial America. But, nooo! And the graphic violence is a bit much. It was not featured like that in the book. I prefer the romantic history. If I want to read up in a war, or watch one, there's always the news or a Hitler story on the "war" station...

Re: RPresta,

I liked the first several books, but seems to me there is a point at which to finish a story, and Gabaldon just kept on writing. I stopped reading when they shifted the scene to Colonial America.

The show kept me watching for the first two seasons. There is just so much painful in it, for me it overwhelmed the romantic.

I have all of the Outlanders but haven't really binge-watched them. I did read the books though, and have plans to catch up on the tv version.
