Thanks for modifying your post. I understand being tired and overwhelmed, and I am not even under attack like you. The serenity prayer helps us to sort out what we can or cannot do about problems, even if you don't believe it has any spiritual effect. Hang in there..... you are an exceptional and talented person (maybe that is why they target you). Cheers

Since you are asking, I will tell you the answer. There is a great prayer, called the Serenity Prayer, that you should well heed...... especially you, my dear:
The Serenity Prayer is the common name for a prayer written by the American theologian Reinhold Niebuhr[1][2] (1892–1971). The best-known form is:
- "God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
- Courage to change the things I can,
- And wisdom to know the difference."
- And while you are at it, how about refraining from using obscene words in your public communications...... ever heard of common decency..... huh ??? I guess not..... it is very rare these days.
