It is nice to get new fittings one of my toilets has to be pumped twice before it responds.
I have told myself when I think about it, but I am wondering if I should get a new stair carpet and I shall have to get in the mood to do both.

Nice to have a landlord who takes good care of his property
and his tenants. It will be good to have everything snug before the fall/winter storms set in.
