Ouch! This hurt a bit to read. From what I remember, lol, I think lots of times we ladies get so wound up thinking about which guy will ask out whom, that we never think of how hard it might be for a guy to actually get the courage to ask someone out. (Some ladies are seemingly more approachable than others, and that's too bad.) I'm just now seeing all this with my early teen grandsons, if I ask them about a school dance or function.

I guess it can be difficult to ask a girl out. I like the idea of a card.

Well C was very polite, nice girl probably, but it has got to work both ways, sadly men make tragedies out of minor rejections. It usually has nothing to do with them you should try for a nurse they usually do not have time for romanticising.
