I'm surprised you answered the door. I worked with a JW many, many, many years ago and she never mentioned religion. Thankfully.

My dad so many many years ago now well in my life span anyway, threw a ? to the JW. couple badgering him on the farm one day.
They were on about the 40,000 souls to be going to heaven.
Dad asked 'em if they thought that they were too late already? When they looked blank, he went on that since only 40,000 would reach heaven because of their true faith that there must already be that number World wide gone ahead.
Don't think he was ever worried again by them

When I was a carer I had regular visits from JVs but they rarely talked about religion. The only time I really questioned a very nice man who called was when he said he woiuld not allow his wife to have blood if she was on her last legs. As he said sadly it is our religion.

They must be on a world-wide 'offensive', LOL. I've had them here as well, and I always try to be nice to them. They mean well...
