mayhaps you have seasonal depression caused by less sun. They have special lighting you can use to trick your body....whatever the cause I hope you find a solution soon

I have a Seratona imbalance evidently have had all my life. if anyone wants to take away my happy pills They want to be really brave. Thankfully my Gp is not a brave man. no side affects, just a happier more loving me.

I don't know whether the low-grade sadness you feel is due to a
chemical imbalance or just your uncanny ability to tune in to what's going on in the world. You've trained yourself to actually look at everything. I hope you find yourself happily engaged very soon. I found Prozac very helpful in my post-meno mood swings and as a curb to certain perfectionist tendencies.

We get excited if we see half a dozen. Brill. Could you not wrap your cat in a blanket to stop the vibration on travel. Yes take the pills if they help, no good feeling down in the dumps.
