Oh, this is such a great post and had me rolling! I've been tangled up just as you say, and then my back froze in a spasm and the thing was stuck somewhere between my neck and shoulder blades! I liked the days when I went braless...
Did you know they make sleep bras? I saw them the last time I was forced to wander through the lingerie section looking for the impossible; something that fits. Fruit of the Loom makes a front close sleep bra, as well as other companies.

Why not wear an elastic vest. As I was having an ECT. The nurse told me that it was occasionly awkward to do a good scan unless the the appendages were pulled up I suppose .She was shaving my chest when she told me.
