I have a neighbor whose fir tree branches seem to fall in my driveway when there is a storm. They never come over and get them. I have to drag them into their yard.

Could you discuss it with them? Our neighbor just cut a hibuscus plant of ours in our front yard. Guess he thought it might touch his house...

Can you take a picture or two of what it's doing to your place and tack them to their door with a note?

It seems like there is a lot of rudeness in the world these days...Fortunately, I get along well with my neighbors.

Well it is the law here one can cut overhanging branches but must give then to the owner of the offending tree.Of course that may be an olden rule,it might not apply in your country.

Good luck dear and I hope that you can get rid of those branches. Personally I wouldn't throw them back over the fence, it might cause trouble you don't need. I am sure you son will think of a better way to cart them away. he's a great guy.
