Love it! Just love this post! It's just hilarious. Work stories are unbelievable sometimes, no matter what the job or position. Oh, and TAPS' comment prompted me to remember - white-out! Everyone had white-out!

I'll just bet those "multiple copies" were done with onion skin and carbons and a brush eraser for mistakes. And the filing--the big metal cabinets with four drawers, the bottom of which took a crouching posture for filing or removal. Been there, done that never dreaming what the future with computers would bring to the work force.

In my own experience, Universities are hives buzzing with abnormality - some good, some bad, and what's 'good' and what's 'bad' also depends on one's perspective...
