The majority of the population has no concept of wealth. You are given a job.You go do it.You get the same amount of money as your neighbor. Any neighbor.You go to the state market, they give you food. You give them most of your money. You can't come back and get more food,you have gotten your allotment already. The N.Koreans that I met after they risked life and limbs,literally, to escape to the U.S. or S.Korea, were primarily most astonished by the abundance of food available. A common question "You mean ,I can go back for more, anytime?"
