I remember the de-humidifiers that were used to dry fruit, but didn't
realize you could do your own freeze-drying. What a great idea. I'm still amazed by the crescent shadows - hope you got some great photos. Hugs to the baby and her plush turtle. Sounds like a great week for Ciel & Co.

Lots going on, Ciel. Everything sounds like it's going great for you. The freeze-dryer is very interesting and I'm anxious to hear how it works out.
