so very true. so many spend all their energy trying to cheer other people up... rather than to simply sit in the sadness and feel it. Feelings, good or bad, mean we are alive. It's when we feel nothing that we have to start to worry.

Very nice poem, and interesting observations. I think to have the ability to feel is much better than the inability to feel, even if it's a feeling of sadness. Do hope you experience happier feelings tomorrow.
