It's sad that the drug addict thinks that it's you and his sibs who are the enemy, the ones hurting him. I'm glad you aren't alone in dealing with it.

I am thankful everyday for the family that I have. There are things about them that I would change if I could, but I can't so I just love them anyway. But that is easy because they are easy to love in spite of their faults. I have never had to deal with anyone on drugs (except as a nurse). How hopeless that always seems to me, but nothing is hopeless.
