This is really good. I would have loved to be there watching you be afraid and then come through on the winning side, listening to you read and considering all that you said.

Nice work. Lots to think about as read, but I'm betting it was
way more powerful read aloud. I used to go to poetry slams in Seattle, and you've described them perfectly.
