Nice looking flower, most flowers As you know were probably used as some kind of medicine, or other useful purpose. You have a lovely way of showing and in poetry revealing the beauty in this flower.

Taps,it's a plant in my garden and we offer the flower and fruit of this plant to Lord Shiva,it's considered sacred.The Hindi name of the plant is Dhatura and the English name is Thorn Apple,also known as devil's trumpet (maybe because it's flowers are trumpet shaped) or even devil's snare... haha
In Ayurveda texts it has been kept in Toxicology.There are some medical uses of Dhatura which account for its use in Ayurvedic medicines.
I love the flower,it's soo pretty so wanted to share it with all of you :)
