Seems to me there are more very intense rainfalls and flash flooding
than at any time I can remember. Weather extremes are becoming the norm. Hope all is dry soon in your 2nd floor apt.

Goodness that was a bit of bad planning Taps, I mean you are not even on the ground,I bet it smells musky if anyone is away and water gets in.
