I agree with the premise of what you say completely, but verbal expression and the ability to utilize linguistics to achieve communicating our desired goals, wants and wishes, is a skill and an art many parents seem to be losing in regard to teaching that to their children. A parent often must "tell" while showing. I spent many hours from Day One talking with my children. Politically, I dont know...

Good advice here. We do show even when we tell it differently. Both parents and Trump should be aware.
