I expect you will keep on doing it Pat, especially if you can think it is sinful.
Well we have to do a few sinful things as we get older, I'll let you know when I think of one that I can do.

email your post office address and color preferences. I have just about any color you can think of, some with stripes & patterns - orange and black especially since those are local school colors. Could you use a scarf, too?

I would love to buy a couple of your crocheted hats from you if I knew how to do it. I love to wear hats of any kind because the older I get the thinner gets my hair and pink scalp shows through. I have one that Ciel made for me and I would love to have one or two Pat_B ones.

If you find crocheting relaxes you, you should give it up only if you can find another relaxing hobby! And I don't think there's a shortage of places delighted to receive your donations...
And I feel sorry for good old Tim (who souinds like a bit of a throwback, LOL) and wish him the best! Breaking an ankle can be nasty - it happened to one of my sons recently, who took a wrong step running, and was on crutches for a couple of weeks...
