Go to Life in the fast lane--where's the on ramp?Add a commentGo to Flower Children, Music, Peace

I was like you just a bit late just a bit early but apart from drugs I loved the concept of peace not war I marched for peace. I wore skirts way too short for a new Mama bending over a pram and all the music still hits my heart.

I was there, San Fran - Haight Ashbury - flower children touting flower power, hangin' loose, peace signs, diggin' it, and with music, always the music. But there was so much more. An intangible underriding feel in the air; the feeling of an intense appreciation for life. We knew how easily it could all go away. And we still do. Nice post.

I expect in twenty years time someone will glorify this short span of time. USA became rich it was dripping with oil.

I also feel a sort of wistful nostalgia when I hear that music...  I have to go blog now...
