Well it is like 2 cookies pressed together with creamy alm ond butter in the center. Dunked in milk makes it even taste better. I think it is healthy for a snack or on the go for breakfast. I love it!

No, I haven't. Are they cookies? You can get organic almond flour and make cookies with it. As with any nut butter one needs to be aware of recalls. Almond butter is a good source of protein, Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. Combine it with coconut (enzymes for brain health), some blueberries and it's very healthy.

Have you tried the Almond Biscuits? You will be addicted like I am! Almond butter is a great alternative to peanut butter in my opinion.
