Aba Brother
Just revisited, and liked it even better the second time around! I wrote one or two with a similar ending, though not as beautiful. Just lovely, Aba.

Re: Thank you and a warm welcome, GypsyButterlyCA
That comment was profound. Here in the poem, it is the cluster of stars up there distant and gathered as if together in communion, discussing on the plight of man. 'But for us could they have known space and . . . '. It is man's destiny to be always delightful but he invariably makes it otherwis, eternally unenjoyable. This is the irony I meant. Thanks again.

Are they creations of God’s delight, or displeasure
We all start off as delightful & that's how He continues to see us. Intentionally or no, we sometimes make choices that cause us (or the situation) to be displeasing. To ourselves or others. We are all God's children. Once we're all able to view ourselves & more importantly, others that way, we will always be delightful.

A really thoughtful poem would that we knew the answers. Belief is the wisest I would imagine.

Re: Aba br
I loved your 'I keep losing my comments redoing them, Rrghh!'So natural
. I am not much into poetry, but enjoy doing them sometimes. I enjoy more reading yours, they flow and the mood swings convey a lot, backed with a spirit so joyfully enthusiastic. So backgrounder, your appreciation is much appreciated.

Excellent expression of a doubtful mood, comtemplating the stars and the state of humanity. Folded in doubts, we are, indeed!! Any thinking person should have doubts, but the best of those doubts should hold the seeds of new thoughts, new ideas, new research, new experiments, new adventures..... with a determination to resolve those doubts one way or another.

everlasting doubts!!! As I get older my doubts are less disturbing... and frequent. Could that be because I hope or trust...see doubts are still around. Actually lying on my back and looking at the stars has always rather scared me.It is so humbling. I am nothing, nothing, less than an ant living, my all important to me, my Nano second of time here on earth.

Aba brother, teacher, guru
This is so lovely. And written with thoughts that seem universal. Everlasting doubt. Beautiful. Will revisit. I keep losing my comments and redoing them! Rrghh!
