I know when I remodeled one of our bathrooms, tiled a bedroom, painted 2 bedrooms and put up a drywall ceiling....cost me 10000 and that was 10 years ago!

We need to paint and recarpet upstairs but Wiley just isn't well enough to have that going on around him.

Well most of my rooms have vinyl and carpets. One needs vinyl in the kitchen it gets muddy too quickly. Take yer shoes off. Yes I know but sometimes it is impractical

We just remodeled our kitchen and bathroom. It turned out marvelously but was quite a project.

Congratulations, on still having carpeting in your house. All the new houses have stone or wood floors, which are cold and unappealing to me. After our carpet was probably 30 years old, my wife finally nagged me into getting wood floors. I hate them!!!....... they are cold, they get dirty quickly, you can see every speck of dirt on them, they get scratched, and they make the house into an echo chamber. I am glad to find in you another lover of carpet...... Cheers
