yes Ginger is a wonderful root and does have so many excellent properties. I love it when you pop into blogit and it is a thrill to see you comment at my post.

Even though I rarely suffer from morning sickness these days (in my case the kind of sickness brought on by an over-indulgence in scotch, LOL), I do use giger regularly in my veggie smoothies...
