I love looking at the sailboats from the shore. I like my feet on dry ground. I don't like being seasick.

A river over a mile wide! No wonder it's busy... Sailing must have been such fun for you guys. That's a shame about the phone and the SIM card. At least the camera worked, though. So now we can see pictures of the Elbe?

I have a phone to use in Australia only. Buy a new card when I get there...but that is the only place i go now anyway.

I think you would have made a good deep sea diver Naut, examining old wrecks for nostalgic booty. Don't ever worry about your phone throw it away and get a new one it is much simpler.

I do love those big tall ships. Used to wander the waterfront
in Seattle on Sundays, and would stop in awe as some of those huge tankers and container ships filled the horizon. Also loved the ferries, riding them or just hanging out at the pier as they bumped up against the dock and all the cars and people came pouring off the gangplanks... Thank you for your word pictures.
