A mean, obese, ugly, jail-bird type plumber the insurance company sent to fix a toilet... He had a trainer and so cruel to the kid.

The worst was Roto-Rooter. Not that they didn't do a good job, but the smell was horrific. I'll never forget it even though I haven't lived in that house since 1988.
