It is eye-opening and humbling
when one takes a good look around, further than one's personal borders and concerns. I finally realized that I don't take much note of what other people wear, so I didn't have to stress so much over how many days in a row I wear my favorite pants.

Yes, every family has their hidden problems and no one really knows what goes on behind closed doors (unless a blogit member continually writes about their family problems).

Quite so. Except of course that the subjective experience of one's own 'troubles' will usually outweigh the merely 'objective' and mostly incomplete knowledge of other people's 'troubles'...

Actually, all I ever heard from family was when they scolded a child they would say something like" You are just like Auntie Helen you poor thing." They hid their messes better than I did is all and Y' know that talk only made me more popular with the youngsters.
